The general public are hereby informed that my client intends to purchase the property mentioned in the schedule here under for valuable consideration from its owner, Mr.Drish Bir Singh Paul S/o Jaswant Singh Paul aged about 58 years presently resicing at No.AR-414, The Aralias,DLF Golf Links,DLF Phase 5,Gurgaon Haryana 122009.Who have represented that he is the absolute owner and is in peaceful possession of the schedule property. Any person/s having any objection for the proposed purchase or having any right, title, interest or claim over the schedule property in any manner shall submit their objections or claims along with the supporting documents in my office at below mentioned address within any objections or claims received thereafter will not be binding on our client and our client will proceed to purchase the schedule property as if there are no claimant/s or objections from any person/s.
